Equipment

  • spiralizer
  • mixing bowl

Ingredients

  • 1-1 1/2 lbs 450-700g broccoli about 1 head
  • 1 tbs sesame seeds
  • 1 tbs sesame oil toasted
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • 1 1/2 tbs coconut aminoes

Instructions

  • Boil water for steaming
  • Cut the broccoli into bite-sized pieces
  • Steam broccoli for 10 minutes
  • Mix other ingredients in bowl
  • Add broccoli
  • Serve immediately or chill in fridge for 1 hour
