Quick & Easy Whole30 Ranch

Begin by making whole30 buttermilk by adding vinegar to unsweetened almond milk and allowing it to sit for a few minutes. It will curdle - that's what we want!

Pour the almond buttermilk into a large jar. It needs to be quite tall as we'll use a hand blender later and we don't want the ranch spilling everywhere! (Speaking from experience here...)

Add whole30 compliant mayonnaise. There's a recipe for whole30 mayo in the blog post as well as a list of accessible whole30 mayo brands. Either will work by I recommend making your own!

After that, add in your herbs. I used dried parsley, dill, chives, black pepper, onion powder, and fresh garlic. The flavour is amazing!

And...BLEND! You could use a whisk to do this but I find that a hand blender works best. After blending you can set it in the fridge to thicken up or serve it immediately.

Serve this delicious Whole30 Ranch with freshly chopped veggies, as a dip for wings, mix it into creamy casseroles, use as a spread or in potato salad or deviled eggs instead of mayo!
