Whole30 Coleslaw Recipe

Prep your cabbage, carrot, red onion and apple and add them to a large mixing bowl. The apple is optional but I think it adds a lovely tart kick!

You can either use store bought mayo or make your own homemade mayonnaise. I'll link my famous mayo recipe here. It's great as a spread or a dip!

Add the mayonnaise to the coleslaw. I mixed in about 2 cups of mayo, but you can add more or less depending on your own taste.

Mix all of the ingredients really well together. This will take a couple of minutes. Be sure to scrape the bottom of the mixing bowl!

Adjust the seasoning with salt, pepper and a couple of squeezes of lemon juice. The lemon really brings all of the flavors together!

Your coleslaw is ready! It's perfect for serving at potlucks or as a side to burgers and pulled meat. The recipe post has keto and vegan coleslaw options as well!
