Vegan Banana Cheesecake

To begin making the crust, add the walnuts, almond flour, coconut oil, milk, and stevia to a bowl and mix well.

Press crust mixture into a 9"x13" pan and the chill it in the refrigerator while you whip up the vegan cheesecake filling.

For the filling, blend the soaked cashews, bananas, coconut oil, coconut milk and maple syrup together until smooth.

Pour the filling into the crust and spread it evenly with a spatula. Allow it to set in the fridge for 3 hours.

When the healthy vegan cheesecake is set, garnish with bananas, chocolate, walnuts, and maple syrup if desired.
