Sugar Free Apple Crisp

Add cooking apples, erythritol, and cinnamon to a bowl.

Mix the apples, erythritol, and cinnamon together well.

Add almond flour, brown erythritol, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt to a mixing bowl, along with diced cold butter.

Massage the cold butter into the mixture until there are no large chunks left. It will be quite crumbly.

Mix in some walnuts for extra flavour and crunch! Pecans would work well too.

Add the apple mixture to an 8x8 baking dish, or a cast iron skillet.

Pour the topping over the apples, press it down a little, and then bake!

Serve with keto-friendly ice cream (salted caramel is my favourite!) or cream, and enjoy!
