Easy Keto Chocolate Milk

Begin by adding cocoa powder and powdered erythritol to a glass. I don't recommend granulated sweetener as it's more difficult to mix properly.

Next, add a tiny wee splash of milk. I used unsweetened almond milk but there are plenty of other keto-friendly milks out there. Check the full post for a list!

Mix the milk, cocoa powder and powdered erythritol into a thick paste. This gets rid of all of the clumps and lumps!

Add a little more milk at a time mixing well, until the paste becomes more of a runny liquid. Try not to rush this too much! It doesn't take much time and ensures smooth chocolate milk.

Once the paste has become runny you can fill the glass right up with milk and stir it to combine everything together.

Drink straight away or chill this Keto Chocolate Milk in the fridge for later. I like to quadruple the recipe and make a pitcher of chocolate milk so that I can have a little whenever I want!
