Add olive oil, paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper to a bowl and stir until everything is fully mixed together.
Add the parmesan cheese and mix well until everything is combined. The cheese soaks up the sauce a little but it will still coat the wings perfectly.
Next, add in your wings and mix the chicken wings with the cheese & sauce until they are coated.
Lay the chicken wings on a wire rack over a baking tray, taking care not to overlap them. If there was any cheese mixture left in the bowl or on the spoon, press it onto the wings.
Bake in the oven, flipping them over when they are nearly finished. Serve these Keto Chicken Wings with chives as a garnish, and blue cheese dressing or ranch to dip.
