How to make an Iced Butterfly Pea Milk Latte

Begin by adding a teaspoon of butterfly pea powder to a jug or small bowl and mixing it with water. You can also steep butterfly pea flowers in hot water for 10 minutes.

Add 1-3 teaspoons of the sweetener of your choice. I used honey this time, however, maple syrup, stevia, monk fruit, or sugar would be great too. Mix well until it's dissolved.

Add ice and vanilla extract to a glass, and then fill the glass 3/4 full with milk of your choice. I love oat milk in this mermaid latte!

Pour the sweetened blue butterfly pea tea over the iced milk. This drink is perfect anytime and is so refreshing on a hot day!
