Baked Camembert with Honey, Rosemary & Chilies
Begin by scoring the Camembert horizontally and vertically. This is so the herbs, spice and honey become infused into the cheese.
Press the leaves from one fresh sprig of rosemary into the scores.
Add a pinch of dried chili flakes over the camembert (about 1/4 teaspoon).
Drizzle on 1 or 2 teaspoons of honey. Use one teaspoon to keep it 1g net carbs per portion, or 2 teaspoons come to 2g net carbs per portion.
Bake the Camembert with Honey in the oven at 175°C/350°F for 15 minutes.
Serve with crackers (there are plenty of low carb options out there!) or bread. This appetizer is perfect for sharing at parties.
