Baked Brie (or Camembert) with Honey, Rosemary & Chilies

Begin by scoring the brie horizontally and vertically. This is so the herbs, spice and honey become infused into the cheese.

Press the leaves from one fresh sprig of rosemary into the scores. They may disappear into the cheese - that is perfectly fine!

Add a pinch of dried chili flakes over the brie and rosemary (I added about 1/4 teaspoon). The heat is absolutely delicious after the cheese is baked!

Drizzle on 1 or 2 teaspoons of honey. Use one teaspoon to keep it 1g net carbs per portion, or 2 teaspoons come to 2g net carbs per portion.

Bake the Brie or Camembert with Honey in the oven for 15 minutes. This makes the cheese perfectly melted, and it will stay melty for quite a while - long enough to graze on.

Serve with crackers (there are plenty of low carb options out there!) or bread. This appetizer is perfect for sharing at parties.
