Air Fryer Garlic Butter Steak Bites

Begin by dicing the beef steak into bite sized pieces. I used sirloin steak but another tender cut would work too.

Season the diced steak with Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Coconut aminos are a good alternative to Worcestershire sauce.

Spray some oil like olive oil into the air fryer basket to prevent the steak from sticking. I like to use a refillable olive oil spray bottle.

Add the seasoned diced steak to the air fryer basket, spreading it in a single layer, before air frying.

When the steak bites have finished air frying, remove the air fryer basket and tip the steak onto a plate or bowl to rest for 5 minutes.

Melt butter in a pan and sauté garlic and chili flakes. Pour the garlic chili butter over the steak bites and mix it well.

Sprinkle a little parsley for a burst of freshness and dig in! This easy air fryer recipe is perfect for a date night at home!
