Air Fryer Candied Walnuts

Begin by mixing the walnuts with butter. This helps the cinnamon sugar coating to stick to the nuts better.

Next, add the nuts to a mixture of cinnamon, sugar, salt, and vanilla extract. You can also use erythritol instead of sugar to keep it low carb/keto friendly.

Next, pour the cinnamon sugar coated nuts into a preheated air fryer.

Spread the candied walnuts out in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

Cook the air fryer candied walnuts, stirring them half way through so that they're all cooked evenly.

When the air fryer candied walnuts are finished cooking, spread them out onto a piece of parchment paper to cool.

Candied walnuts are a fantastic snack on their own, or add them to a cheese board this Thanksgiving. Pop them in a mason jar and tie them with a ribbon to make a great gift!
